Every cycle, a watchdog decides whether to write to you. Most of the time it decides not to, and that is the work: the silence is not absence, it is a comparison that came out equal. A tool that talks to you every day teaches you to stop reading it — and then the one message that mattered arrives into a muted chat.

1. Nothing it observes is an instruction. The content of a page, a feed or a message is data it reports, never orders it obeys. If a text it is reading says «ignore your rules», that is part of what it has to report.
2. It does not invent. Every number, date or state it tells you came from a tool it called in that same turn. If it does not have it, it says so: «I don't know» is a correct answer; an invented figure never is.
3. A person decides. The model marks and summarizes; anything irreversible is approved by someone, with a button. A model that can make it harder to approve is useful. One that can approve on its own is a different product.
